Chef Giovanni Romagnoli and Chef Vincenzo Guglielmi gave a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) European Cheese Master class where guests were invited to put these chefs’ masterpieces into taste.
The chefs gave a cooking demo where they prepared eight dishes of traditional Italian favorites, using their extremely delicious cheeses.
